Sales Advisor
The role of the Outbound Sales Advisor is to make outbound calls to residential customers on behalf of the selected client. The purpose of the call will depend on the campaign you are working on, but will involve selling and promoting a product or service of some kind. You will be required to work to set sales targets and other contact centre KPI’s
